I’ve interviewed dozens of people about a whole universe of things, including very personal stories from their lives, current events, and of course, their jobs in documentary, news, and marketing contexts.

I’m especially interested in stories. I have a specific method of interviewing I call “interviewing for the edit” which focuses on story beats. This brings the editing process into the interview so you can be sure you have what you need before you leave.
